All new Association members are required to attend our New Member
Orientation program and Code of Ethics training course. This
comprehensive program includes instructions on a myriad of issues including Bylaws, Fair Housing, Anti-Trust, MLS Rules and Regulations, Association Policies and Procedures, REALTOR® Safety and the governing bodies of all levels of our Association.

All REALTORS® must complete training and commit to a professional Code of Ethics. The 3 Hour Code of Ethics will meet the NAR quadrennial Ethics Training requirement.

New Member Orientation classes are held in our Education Center adjacent to our Association Building.
