 Dave Duffy, VIP Realty - Two-Year Director
 Dave Duffy,ABR, Broker Achievements: Chairmans Club, Languages: English Dave Duffywas a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York City for almost 25 years before moving to Fort Myers in 1999, when he earned his Florida Broker's license. Dave has continually been one of VIP's top producers and a lifetime member of VIP's President's Club, the highest level of recognition until 2005, when the Chairman's Club was created to recognize the "best of the best". Dave was a charter member of this most elite group. He was accorded the honor of being elected by his peers to be a Director of the RealtorŪ Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach. Dave has also served for many years on the MLS Committee and as Chairman of the MLS Forum. Although Dave has always specialized in upscale country properties East of I-75, he has a comprehensive knowledge of all of Lee County. In fact, he was one of those selected to update county maps.

Terri Lodge, Century 21 Sunbelt Realty - Two- Year Director
 Terri began her real estate career in 1972, during that time she was one of the first women to serve as a real estate salesperson for a developer. When the development sold out, Terri moved into general real estate in Cape Coral. She worked for a builder/developer. She sold new construction and specialized in vacant land sales. She and her husband purchased their first real estate office in Cape Coral in 1980. In 1986 Terri opened another real estate office GULFVIEW REALTY OF SW FL., INC. Since 1998 Terri has been Broker/Manager for Barbara Watt at the CENTURY 21 Sunbelt Realty #1, Inc. office on Daniels and Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Terri has always been one to give back to her profession. She has been a Director for NAR, a director for FAR and served on numerous state committees. For the past two years she has served on the Grievance Committee and Professional Development Committee for the REALTORŪ Association of Greater Fort Myers & the Beach, Inc. Educationally speaking, Terri is a Certified Facilitator for the 21Plus Class offered as training classes for CENTURY 21. She has also developed her own in-house training program for new agents called JUMP START. She is currently publishing a book for new agents working in today's market. Terri is also a Public Speaker and is in the process of becoming certified to teach on a State Level. Professionally, Terri's office earned the GRAND CENTURION Award in 2005 and the DOUBLE CENTURION Award in 2006. Her office is on track for the DOUBLE CENTURION Award again in 2007. Terri's office has approximately 100 associates and is ranked as the 4th office in Production in the State of Florida for CENTURY 21. Terri's favorite charities are: St. Jude's Children's hospital, Easter Seals, Humane Society, Boys and Girls Ranch, MDA, American Cancer Society and several others. "I have been very blessed in my career. If you love what you do, you will never work one day of your life. I can't honestly say I have never worked, but I can emphatically say I am able to work with my best friends, my associates, everyday and for that I am the luckiest person I know."
Back to Top Andy Reisinger, Coldwell Banker Preferred Properties - Two- Year Director
 Andy started his real estate career in 1998 when he decided to obtain his license. During his active career, he specialized in international transactions. About 85% of his transactions involved at least on international party. Due to his heritage, international background and ability to speak fluently German, he managed to build up a large clientele of European customers and investors. Andy is a strong supporter of education and strongly believes that one can never learn enough. That also reflects in his numerous professional designations, which include: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM) Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) e-PRO He held several educational sessions in the past and was selected to be one of the International Speakers at the 2004 Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in San Francisco, California. Andy is also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor in the State of Florida. Andy was honored and proud to be one of the featured "30 under30" real estate practitioners by the National Association of REALTORSŪ in May 2002 and selected "Young Gun in Real Estate" by the Florida Association of REALTORSŪ in November 2002. He is currently the Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Preferred Properties in Lehigh Acres. On a personal basis, Andy is a dedicated husband and father of twin-teenagers. He loves gourmet cooking, traveling, golfing and big trucks.

Cindy Roberts, REALTY WORLD Roberts Assoc - Two- Year Director
 Cindy Roberts has been an active member of the Association since 1979, and in 1982 became a Broker. She graduated from Florida State with a BS Degree and has been a Fort Myers resident since 1960. She has earned the following designations: ABR, CRS, and GRI. She is the owner/broker of REALTY WORLD Roberts Assoc., Inc. since 2002. The company was founded by her Mother, Faye Lynn Roberts in 1978. She has served as Secretary for the Association, a director for 6 years, has served on the Professional Standards Committee, Grievance Committee, Nominating Committee, Chairperson of Private Property Week, Chairperson and committee member of the Sales Excellence Award Committee for three years, and was a past instructor of the Success Series. Cindy is a member of the 99 club for RPAC. She is a sustainer member of the Junior League of Ft. Myers and a member of the Fort Myers Woman's Community Club.
Back to Top John Toney, Century 21 Sunbelt Realty - Two- Year Director
 John Toney was born in Pennsylvania in a small rural farming community about 30 miles north of Philadelphia. He moved to the Fort Myers area in 1985 and settled in Cape Coral several years later. After running a successful automotive business for seven years, he felt the time was right for a change. John received his Sales Associate license in 2000 and joined the REALTORŪ Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc.. In 2002 he passed his Broker's exam. John has been with the same real estate office and has received many awards for his outstanding production. After serving two years on the MLS Committee, John was appointed Chairman for the 2007 session. John was recently appointed as an FAR Director and is proud to represent our Association on a State level. Back to Top
Kevin Williamson, Realty World -C. Bagans First - One- Year Director
 Kevin Williamson is a native of Long Island New York and moved to Lehigh Acres in 1986. While in NY, he worked in the corporate environment with companies like Sterling Drug, Dupont and Berg Manufacturing. After moving to Lehigh, Kevin began his real estate career and is currently managing broker/owner of Realty World - C. Bagans First. Kevin has served as a Director, Secretary, and Treasurer for the Board as well as sitting on committees such as Grievance and Professional Standards. He now serves on the Finance and Member Value Committees. Kevin is married to Nancy and they have six children. Back to Top
