DBPR Update DBPR Online Service to make all Status Changes:
New Licensure Forms From DBPR Released
It has just come to our attention that DBPR has released new forms for all licensure activity. The implementation was moved up, it had been scheduled for December.
Effective immediately DBPR has made substantial changes to the forms required for licensure activity of real estate brokers and salespersons.
The commonly used 2050 form has been merged into several new forms including the RE 10 and the RE 11. Please find the following link for a detailed side by side comparison of the old forms and the new ones.
These forms are now posted at DBPR: new forms and will be up on the FAR website soon.
We highly encourage all members to review this new information to ensure they are up to date on which forms are required to make changes to your licensure status.
